Can Noom help me stay off the Santa snacks?

The festive season is a difficult time if you’re trying to stay in shape – there are temptations everywhere! From mince pies to advent calendars, delicious deserts (like my recent trifle experiment with Hartley’s Jelly) to biscuits after the school nativity play, it’s a minefield of deliciousness that begs to be tasted.

This time last year I started using the Noom app on my mobile phone and it helped the husband and I to eventually lose 60lb between us. I’ve been using it ever since to stay on track and I’ll definitely be using it over the Christmas period to make sure I don’t over indulge TOO much.

Luckily I’ll get the motivation I need from the new Noom Christmas Countdown Challenge that launched this week. I’m hoping it will help make sure my healthy habits don’t fall to the wayside whilst still letting me enjoy the holiday season to the fullest. After all, it’s all about balance right?

  2. Oooh, I think I need to look into Noom. Hubby and I were just discussing we both need to lose a few pounds. I’ve got particularly lazy over the last few weeks!
