Share the Joy linky #22

Share the Joy linky #22

What could you achieve with an ounce of confidence?

This coming Friday and Saturday bloggers from all over the UK will travel to London for the Britmumslive conference – two days of learning and sharing, fun and frolics and all things blog related. I’m excited and proud to be representing the Noom app (and launching a new free trial for bloggers) at the conference and can’t wait to meet up with friends, old and new.

But for some this will be their first conference and walking into a room with hundreds of other people, some of whom they may have only spoken to on Twitter or through their blogs, can be a very scary thing! So today this quote is for you. Because when all the ‘how to improve this’ and ‘get better at that’ is over, what’s left is the chance for some real connections with like-minded people and to have fun. So hold your head high and throw on a smile. Because what can bloom out of fun, can be amazing.

When you have fun you can do amazing things

Guest Co-host

Circusmums header

This week I’m delighted to be joined by Tinuke, the wonderful writer behind Circus Mums, who will be co-hosting with me and commenting on some of your posts. Tinuke understands what it’s like to juggle parenthood with the many sides of being a modern woman, from work struggles, fitness goals, entertainment and relationship issues, writing about them with as much honesty and humour as she can muster. She is a lover of people and rum, usually in that order!

Right, on to the link up!

Thank you so much to everyone that joined in last week – the most link ups so far! I’m loving reading all your joyful posts and I hope that sharing the joy brightens your day too.

Don’t forget that all genres are welcome here – new posts or old favourites. Posts that might have made you laugh out loud, opened your heart, raised your spirits or just made you smile!

Sharing my joy

Each week, I’ll pick a favorite post and feature it on the following week’s Share the Joy link up (I’ve also made a  where you’ll find all my favorites in one place).

Practicing Normal header

Last week I was touched by the courage in Woman with Wings from Mariet over at Practicing Normal and the celebration of the uniqueness of all our children in 8 Perfectly Normal Things That Jet Does by Nipper and Tyke.

This week I’m sharing my last two posts from our holiday in Provence with James Villas – don’t hate me too much but we had the most amazing time! Hope you enjoy reading them.

Let’s Share the Joy!

1) Link up posts that have brought you JOY – Writing them might have made you laugh out loud, opened your heart, raised your spirits or just made you smile. All genres are welcome, new posts or old favourites and as many links as you like!

2) Link back to me either by including the Share the Joy badge (below) or a text link back to this Share the Joy linky page in your own post.

3) Please comment on one of my posts and a few others. Let’s Share the JOY through commenting as well as through our posts!

Share the Joy will run for a whole week until the following week’s linky is open, so you’ll never be too late. And don’t forget to tweet me the url to your post using the hashtag #sharethejoylinky so I can retweet it.

Feel free to invite your friends to join in – JOY is always better when it’s shared!

  2. This is a wonderful quote and sentiment, especially to those easily intimidated by an unknown crowd or a new situation like me. It’s such a boost of confidence to have such powerful words, and something I shall keep in mind for the future. Thanks for the Monday-dose of joy and knowledge, Michelle. It’s such a pleasure to be joining you in sharing the joy every week. Have a fantastic Monday!
