Share the Joy linky #2

Share the Joy linky #2

What did you do to bring someone JOY last week? I posted this question as part of my and it really made me think about not only capturing the joyful moments in every day as part of my Journey to Joy this year but also sharing joy – spending time with the kids on their terms (yep even if it means playing My Little Pony again), leaving a little unexpected note for the husband to find with his lunch – small things can make a big difference!

Because we all have the ability to choose joy – every day.

Choose joy

Right, on to the link up! Last week when I launched this linky I had no idea if anyone would join in – but I’m delighted that so many bloggers that I admire and love got involved and Shared the Joy!

Sharing my joy

Each week, I’ll pick a favorite post and feature it on the following week’s link up (I’ve also made a  where you’ll find all my favorites in one place). Last week I loved reading 33 ways to enjoy 2015 by the lovely Claire from Joy and Pops, a new blog find for me this year thanks to Vicki from Honest Mum! This post is so uplifting and gave me loads of ideas for my Journey to Joy this year – how many could you add to your ‘to do’ list?

I also want to add a special mention for What 2014 taught me from the amazing Katie over at one of my favourite blogs, Pouting in Heels. If you’re not already a fan then head over and soak up the all the positive energy.

This week I’m sharing the first in a series of posts about the 4 amazing books that launched my Journey to Joy this year, this time reviewing Become the Best You by Renee Davis.

Let’s Share the Joy!

1) Link up posts that have brought you JOY – Writing them might have made you laugh out loud, opened your heart, raised your spirits or just made you smile. All genres are welcome, new posts or old favourites and as many links as you like!

2) Link back to me either by including the Share the Joy badge (below) or a text link back to this Share the Joy linky page in your own post.

3) Please comment on one of my posts and a few others. Let’s Share the JOY through commenting as well as through our posts!

Share the Joy will run for a whole week until the following week’s linky is open, so you’ll never be too late. And don’t forget to tweet me the url to your post using the hashtag #sharethejoylinky so I can retweet it.

Feel free to invite your friends to join in – JOY is always better when it’s shared!

  2. I absolutely adore the theme of this post, and the thought of choosing joy! Last year I started trying to “find the joy in the everyday moments” for the same reason, but alas it fell by the wayside. I must try to choose joy again in this way and start noting the little things that bring it with them!
