If you’ve been a regular reader here you can’t fail to have noticed that I’ve been chosen to be the face of NOOM, the mobile phone lifestyle and habit changing app that the husband and I used to help us lose 60lb between us. I’ve even been featured in the press!

A few weeks ago I promised I’d spill the beans all the new NOOM challenge…. and here it is! The #One Week With Noom challenge starts on Monday 13 October and is available to all NOOM PRO users.

The challenge focuses on making health a habit of a lifetime and anyone taking part will be encouraged to experiment with their daily routines using the innovative features in the Noom app. There are 7 tasks over 7 days to help develop healthy habits relating to these key areas of healthy living: exercise, nutrition, and psychology.

By using NOOM I realised the habits that I needed to change to reach the health goals I’d set myself – habits like hoovering up the little people’s leftovers which is so easy to do, right? I’ve also shared 6 things I love about NOOM here.

The #One Week With Noom challenge has been devised by Noom’s group of wellness, health, body confidence and fitness specialists – the ‘Noom Troop Experts’ – who share a commitment to promoting positive body image rather than just losing weight.

They include: the lovely Bailee Roberts, The Model Foodie: a working model, health enthusiast and amateur chef; Andreas Michaelides, Psychologist and motivation expert at Noom and…. me!
